We have provided these exercise videos so that patients can continue their care at home. This results in a faster and more stable recovery and provides resources patients can use in tandem or after their chiropractic treatment.
Carpal Tunnel
There are several carpal tunnel treatments that will relieve the tingling and numbness and restore wrist and hand function. At Northern Nevada Chiropractic, we are able to successfully prescribe carpal tunnel treatments to get patients out of pain.
Lower Back Pain
